After previously consulting two podiatrists for a toenail fungus syndrome, I was lucky to be referred to Dr. Kenneth Meisler who offered me a much healthier and effective treatment solution. Previously I had consulted a podiatrist with whom I had a 10 year relationship, for my toenail fungus. He was not only disinterested, he also concluded there was no effective way to treat my problem, though he did prescribe an anti-fungal cream that he said would be only 30% effective. A second podiatrist suggested I use an oral anti-fungal for 3 to 6 months, sporadex, which can compromise my liver functioning. Dr. Meisler took photos of my toenails, and suggested a safe alternative that works. My husband had a tendon problem for which a previous podiatrist offered cortisone injections. A few weeks after the first injection, the problem returned. Dr. Meisler again offered a simple solution. My husband is extremely grateful. Dr. Meisler not only has experience with solutions other than surgery or harmful medicines, he is also a caring doctor. My husband also had a very good experience with one of Dr. Meisler's associate podiatrists.
